We are not real estate agents therefore we cannot sell your house we do not own, by either taking physical ownership or take legal control over it we then have be right to sell your house.

There is a couple different ways we do things when we buy a house outright. We take out a a traditional loan with the bank and give you a check or we can vender finance from you which means each month you will receive a payment from us.

The other thing we do is what they call taking legal control this is done with an options contract, this gives the legal right to transact the property without physically buying or owning it. Even with this option contract in place you can still receive monthly payments from us which in turns goes to the purchase price. With this strategy we do not sign a sales contract, the buyer we find for you will fill out & the sales contract.

We then in turn add value to the property and on sell it. This is called property flipping. The way we could vote you will depend on the house and the location.
